Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

• After placing the order, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal by presenting any other explicit declaration of the decision to withdraw from the contract, specifying that the burden of proof regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal lies with the Customer.
• The refund of the amounts paid will be made by us within fourteen days from the receipt of the Customer’s withdrawal communication, except as provided for in Article 56, third paragraph, Legislative Decree 206/2005.
• An essential condition for exercising the Right of Withdrawal, if the Product has been delivered, is the integrity of the same, complete with the original packaging and its integral elements (accessories, instruction manuals, etc.).
• The right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of Products made to measure or clearly personalized and in any case for all those sealed Products that are not suitable to be returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and that have been opened after delivery.
• The exercise of the right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for the Customer as a Consumer (art.3 Legislative Decree 206/2005: a natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal, or professional activity that may be carried out). Therefore, the exercise of the right of withdrawal is excluded for the Customer who makes the purchase with a VAT number.

Effects of the Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

• Upon receipt by Comparse s.r.l. of the communication referred to in point 7.1, the parties are released from their respective obligations arising from the contract or contractual proposal.
• In the event that the product has been delivered, the Customer is required to return it to Comparse s.r.l. within fourteen days from the communication of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by sending it by post to the following address: Via Catalani, 28 – 50050 Cerreto Guidi (FI) Italy.
• The postal shipping costs for the return of the product are exclusively borne by the Customer.

Refund Methods of Amounts Paid by the Customer

• Comparse s.r.l. reserves the right to verify the correct exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer as well as the integrity of the returned product.
• Comparse s.r.l. will proceed with the refund using, unless otherwise indicated by the Customer, the same means of payment used for the initial transaction.
